Art Mag’s Weekend Roundup

We admit it.  We’ve been a bit preoccupied with Charleston Fashion Week.  It’s hard not to be swept up by the excitement; fashion designers, haute couture clothes, models, photographers, the catwalk…everyone feels a bit of a star.  But we realize this is not everyone’s bag, so to speak.

Here are our picks for cool things happening in Charleston’s art scene for everyone NOT wrapped up in Fashion Week.

She Loves You Solo Show by Kenton James at SCOOP Studios

Friday, 3.19, 5 – 8 pm

You’ve seen his work in the wildly successful group shows Yellow vs Blue and White vs. Black at Robert Lange Studios, and now you have the chance to see more.  Kenton has been painting in the gallery all week and is now ready to bare all for you.  We got a sneak peek, you’re gonna love it.  But hurry before they all have red dots.

  1. Thank you, Chas Art Mag ~ Olivia and Stacy we love you! We did indeed enjoy a great opening with Kenton and having him paint in the gallery was a dream for us, him and all of the visitors off the street.
